Set beside the stills at Cotswold Distillery in Shipston-on-Stour, our menu brings together seasonal dishes, homemade bakes, and savoury plates, all crafted using locally sourced ingredients. Everything is made with care - simple, honest, and full of flavour. We take quiet pride in where our ingredients come from, letting each dish reflect the quality of the produce and the people behind it. Cotswold Collective Members can enjoy a complimentary hot drink with any brunch dish, Monday to Friday.
